Over the course of four days, 189 workers participated in a comprehensive training focused on well-being, fitness, and nutrition. The event took place in a spacious and well-equipped training area that allowed for the effective execution of all planned activities.
The sessions featured a variety of presentations, including informative lectures delivered through a projector, along with hands-on physical activities. Participants learned the proper techniques for lifting heavy weights to safeguard their spine, the importance of constructing a balanced, nutritious plate, and the detrimental effects of smoking on health.
One of the most notable aspects of the training was Rita’s presentation, which sparked lively discussions among the participants.
