Candidate profile

• Preferably from the Hani i Elezit community
• Final-year student (lectures completed) or recent graduate
• Background in social sciences, including Psychology, HR, Management, or a strong interest in developing professionally in the Talent & Development field
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Well organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Role and learning exposure

The intern will work closely with the Head of Talent & Development, supporting mainly administrative and coordination tasks mainly related to:
• training administration and data tracking
• learning platforms support
• documentation and filing
This is a supporting internship role, designed to provide hands-on exposure and practical experience in Talent & Development within an industrial organisation.
