90 Years of Sharrcem: Building More Than Cement, Creating Shared Moments with Our Community

This year marks a truly special milestone for us at TITAN SHARRCEM — 90 years of building, growing, and contributing to the communities we are part of.

From our earliest beginnings to today, Sharrcem has remained rooted in a simple belief: industry is not only about production, but about people, responsibility, and the positive impact we create together. Over the decades, we have invested in our employees, supported local communities in Hani i Elezit, and continuously worked to create shared value beyond our operations.

To celebrate this journey, we recently brought together around 500 people, including employees and their children, and local stakeholders for our 90th Anniversary Celebration — a day dedicated to connection, joy, and shared experiences.

The event was filled with energy and meaning. From live music and stage performances, to creative workshops, children’s entertainment zones, and interactive family activities, every corner of the day reflected one simple idea: Sharrcem is a family beyond the workplace.

One of the most memorable moments was the creation of a collective mural, where an artist engaged with the children while painting and shared a powerful message: Sharrcem is not only a company that produces cement — it is a company that also helps “color life” with joy for children and families.

For us, this celebration was more than an anniversary event. It was a reminder that our 90-year journey has been shaped by people — employees, families, and communities — who continue to be at the heart of everything we do.
