TITAN SHARRCEM recently organized a Management Meeting & Workshop bringing together employees from across the organization to reflect on the previous year’s achievements and align on key goals and priorities for 2026.
The meeting provided a platform for each department to present its main objectives for the year ahead, reinforcing a shared understanding of priorities across the company and strengthening alignment between teams.
Following the presentations, participants engaged in an interactive workshop designed to encourage collaboration, creativity, and cross-functional thinking. Employees were divided into mixed teams. Each team was assigned a department and challenged to present its key topics through a selected movie genre. This creative approach encouraged participants to reinterpret strategic content in an engaging and innovative way, fostering teamwork, communication, and fresh perspectives.
Beyond performance metrics, the workshop emphasized a broader focus on people, passion, and progress—highlighting the importance of collaboration and shared purpose in achieving organizational success.
