Sharrcem was proud to host the CapEx Excellence Training, welcoming colleagues from TITAN Group’s Corporate Headquarters, Sharrcem, Antea Cement, and Titan Usje as part of a regional initiative to elevate Capital Expenditure (CapEx) management across Southeast Europe.

Over the course of two days, participants engaged in dynamic sessions focused on improving project planning, design, and execution.
